The system remains as quiet as possible, as it always uses the lowest effective power level. After cooking, the system continues to run to remove steam from the room and protect furniture. Clean Air activated carbon filters effectively neutralise even strong odours such as those from fish dishes.
Easy to clean and safe
The system has a clever cleaning solution: the air inlet with grease filters can be removed with just one hand and is dishwasher-safe. Even if food boils over, the matt surface can be wiped clean with ease. If liquid gets into the appliance, an integrated safety reservoir with a capacity of up to 900 ml reliably protects the electronics.
Perfect frying with sensor technology
The right temperature is crucial for perfect frying results – for example, for steak, fish or vegetables. The PerfectFry sensor integrated into the hob continuously measures and regulates the pan temperature. Five temperature settings allow precise adjustment to the respective dishes.
User-friendly operation
The hob is equipped with a 30 cm wide DirectSelect Premium control. This allows direct, intuitive selection of cooking zones, power levels and additional functions – with just one touch. When the hob is switched off, the control panel remains invisible, enhancing the elegant design.
Maximum flexibility with FlexInduction
FlexInduction technology automatically detects the size and position of the cookware. Two individual zones can be combined into one large area if desired – ideal for griddles, roasting pans or teppan yaki. If the cookware is moved, the settings are automatically transferred to the new position, creating a seamless cooking experience.
